Management Team
At Solve IT, we have assembled a strong management team that is dedicated to providing outstanding service to our clients. Our team has extensive experience in leading and growing various organizations as well as providing business and technology consulting services to companies of all sizes across a broad array of industries.
Garrett Brucker, President
As co-founder of Solve IT, Garrett brings more than 20 years of experience in business and technology services to the clients of Solve IT. During that time, he has developed expertise in applying technology-based solutions to improve and stimulate the business operations of companies, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations. In addition, Garrett has had direct responsibilities in the areas of operations, sales, marketing, project management, and product/service development with leading technology and service-based companies. Garrett has a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Virginia. Garrett is also a Microsoft Certified Small Business Specialist.
David Culbertson, Director of Technology
David brings over 23 years of professional IT experience to Solve IT with 12 years of that time in professional IT consulting. During this time, David has worked directly for or consulted to such companies as Ernst & Young, The Prudential, Morgan Stanley, Qwest, Corporate Software, Comcast , Echostar, McGraw Hill, Esselte Pendaflex and Hamilton Sundstrand. This experience has helped David develop a wide breadth of experience across the IT spectrum, as well as insight into several different industries. At Solve IT, David oversees the technical direction for the company and our clients, spearheads advanced projects, and acts as a mentor to Solve IT’s engineering team. David has technical certifications for products from Microsoft, VMware, SonicWALL, Dell/EqualLogic, AllWorx, Datacore and others.
Rick Roundy, Director of Business Development
Rick has over 20 years of experience within the IT industry. Before Solve IT, Rick’s career evolved from desktop support to enterprise network support and design as well as co-founding his own IT services company. At Solve IT, Rick started out as an engineer and quickly moved into client management. As the Denver Territory Manager, he was able to establish sincere relationships with clients while overseeing day to day operations, project scoping and internal management duties. His desire to deliver customer focused business solutions has allowed him to utilize his experience as an engineer and leverage his industry relationships to provide fluid and seamless services to Solve IT clients. Continued growth at Solve IT has presented new opportunities and he was promoted to Director of Business Development. In his current position, Rick pulls all his past experiences together to deliver solid solutions to new and existing clients.
Tasha Pierce, Marketing Coordinator
Tasha has over 8 years of experience as an administrator for a local intellectual property law firm. Her responsibilities included organization of events, management of projects, data manipulation and integration for incoming portfolios, balancing multiple incoming assignments from attorneys, staff and clients, and delegation of those assignments as necessary. As an administrator, she supported many large and small biotech companies and assisted attorneys in patenting hundreds of inventions. Additionally, Tasha was responsible for coordination of internal IT efforts and managing relationships with external vendors. At Solve IT, Tasha worked for over a year as the Service Manager using these skills and in her current position, Tasha is responsible for marketing development, event coordination, and client satisfaction.
Lance McGinn, Director of Services
Lance brings over 15 years experience in consulting and information technology. He has participated in the interconnectivity of the personal computer from the original 8088 to today’s virtual server infrastructures. His roles have evolved from PC technician and helpdesk intern, to network technician, to sales, to project/account management and to management. During his career, Lance has worked for Business Network Consulting, Nexus Technologies, Ikon/Southern Microfilm, as well as several government agencies. In addition to technical sales, Lance has utilized his degree in Marketing to build branding efforts and help establish a tangible differentiator in the IT services industry. In his most recent position, Lance spearheaded the sales department that enabled the company to grow from a 7 person startup to a 45 person established entity. At Solve IT, Lance oversees our service operations including field service and help desk personnel. His extensive background in IT gives him the ability to communicate efficiently with our technical team while his business aptitude allows him to discuss technology direction with clients as well. As the Director of Services at Solve IT, Lance’s first priority is to make sure that client expectations are being exceeded at every level. Lance earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Colorado State University.
