Solve IT stands ready to meet all of your support needs. Our Help Desk serves as your first level of support taking your phone calls and emails every business day from 6 am – 6 pm MST. Working remotely, our help desk professionals make every attempt to resolve technical issues or handle any service requests your business might have. Issues and requests are tracked using an advanced ticketing system that prioritizes items and follows them through until completion. When escalation is warranted, Solve IT‘s expert field engineers are ready and available to meet your specific support requirements on-site at your office.
In addition, for clients that have more significant support needs due to the size of their company or the complexity of their technical infrastructure, Solve IT field engineers are available to provide regularly scheduled technical support at your business locale. When this is required, Solve IT offers a reduced hourly rate in order to make this level of support more cost effective.
