Mary Jo Heins, FACMPE, serves as our Healthcare Manager. Mary Jo has worked in both primary care and specialty practices as a Practice Administrator. Her addition to the Solve IT team further demonstrates our commitment to healthcare and providing you with consulting expertise to better meet the demands of your medical practice.
Mary Jo Heins has led and managed businesses for over 20 years as Practice Administrator and COO in healthcare as well as Director of Operations and Corporate Controller in other industries. Her practice administration experience encompasses both primary care and specialty physician practices. She has run the full gamut of managing a physician practice! Her ability to solve operational problems strategically by evaluating common denominators of multiple issues and incorporating proven best practices enabled her practices to achieve MGMA’s Better Performer status in numerous categories. Mary Jo works to interpret clear paths when faced with new business situations and this allows her to better assist physicians in diagnosing the pain points of their practice and establishing the appropriate treatment plan.
Mary Jo is a Fellow in the American College of Medical Executives (FACMPE), a past president of the Colorado Medical Group Management Association, member and former Financial Manager of Skyline Chorus (SAI), and co-founder of HIV Care Link, a 15 year old Christian AIDS ministry.
